On Christmas Day we dont really eat anything special. We go to my Aunts house and eat...but nothing special. Christmas Eve is when we have good food. I am Polish so we eat the traditional pierogies (that we make ourselves), krupi (buckwheat), yagwi(millet), and kapusta(saurkraut fried w/ butter and onions)...and before dinner we share oplatki which is like a thin wafer. We give each other 3 wishes, such as health, wealth, and happiness for the coming year. Love, |

Well, I did a turkey on Thanksgiving so we're going with a ham. I'll be baking it with a mustard/corn syrup glaze. Probably also some teriyaki beef appetizers. Not traditional but my kids LOVE it sooo...pianoman |
