Am I dillusional?

Ok, lately I've been running high fevers and I'm not sure if it's the fevers or not, but I have been having some really weird dreams lately.

In the first dream I dreamed that my Grandma had died, yet no one around me or myself seemed to be sad, and the weird thing is that I dreamed this on my Grandma's birthday, and all I could seem to care about was what stuff of my Grandma's I was getting. Now this really disturbs me for the fact that my Grandmother and I share a lot of the same hobbies and can sit down and talk for hours about absolutely nothing, we just have a really strong connection. We're even allergic to most of the same things. But I know when she does die or gets to old for her hobbies and can't see to do them anymore that I will inherit some of the thing she has, but for now she is as healthy as I am, if not more that I am.

In my second dream, I dreamed that I was covered in bruises. This is odd because I have never been abused in my life or been in a bad accident before that would have caused me to have all these bruises in my dream.

But when I wake up, I can't open my eyes but I can still feel the dream and what was going on in the dream, as if the really did happen. Could my fever be what's causing me to have these weird dreams?

It just freaked me out a little.
