Key Lime Cake

KEY LIME CAKE

1 box lemon cake mix -- 1 box lime jello -- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil-- 5 eggs -- ½ cup orange juice

Mix first five ingredients -- Beat two to three minutes at medium speed -- Pour into three, round, greased and floured cake pans -- Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes.

Glaze

4 T confectioner's sugar -- ½ cup key lime juice -- To glaze- mix together confectioner's sugar and lime juice and while layers are still warm, drizzle glaze over them.

Icing

1 box confectioner's sugar (minus amount used for glaze) -- 1 - 8 oz package of cream cheese (softened)-- 1 stick of margarine (softened)--1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream together margarine and cream cheese -- Blend in sugar and vanilla -- Ice cake when cooled completely



**This recipe was shared by a co-worker on "Pot Luck Dinner" day! btw-her cake was yummmmmy too! Thought it might be a good one for the holidays. Enjoy :)
