I helped out A Homeless person

I Live in New Jersey, now about now, it's pretty cold out here. I knew that there was this woman that was staying in the woods trying to survive because of the continuious mistakes she made in her life. She sleeps in the the woods behind a grocery store here called the Stop n shop, it's cold and lonely out there, all alone. Yesterday I thought about her all day, put the rest of my dilemma behind for a minute, and I drove to a store and bought a sleeping bag, a coat, a scubbing brush for her finger nails, batterires for her flashlight, books for her to read,(cause she likes to read) sushi from my job, and took her to eat. Tonight she may be finally in a shelter, havent heard from her, she calls me alot, Do you know why? CAUSE She is my ex. the woman I have been writting about in alot of my stories. I had no choice but to do what I did, because she would not straiten up with the alcohol. This one night she was suppsed to come home from work, and never showed at all, it turned out that she was out partying all night long, till the next morning and smashed her car into a very close friends daughter of my family. Till this day, Cuts stitches bruises all over her, The drunk one that is, Thank god the other girl was okay, 3 dwi"s in 3 months, But I still have a heart, not for her to come bak, but to help alittle. There is nothing more I can do, my family will not have it anymore, and they are right. But atleast I try, with all I can do. Right? I did give her money, 50 dollars last eek, and I found out she blew it on booze, and as stupid as I am, I gave her another 50 dollars this week, but she has someone holding it for her ride to the shelter. So, I hope the lord is knowing that I tried, but I cant keep on being there,if she doesnt want the help. Right? Thanx for listening! hugs!
