u could, right before u fall asleep, as your falling asleep "no nightmares" - "good dreams" something like that....keep saying at u fall asleep.....as u go into other stages of sleep, your subconciousness takes it in....the subconcius mind/unconcous mind...etc(whatever u wanna call it) is open to any sugestions, while, concious mind is only open to logic....so this may or may not work.....even though u are "awake" as u say this....u are intering light stages of sleep....and this is open to them......and this may or may not work.....try it.....keep doing it over and over, each night...untill it becomes habit, or until it stops - this may or may not work....good luck.....love, ![]() |

Date: 12/3/2001 6:52:00 AM From Authorid: 47178 you obviously have a fear of something and i don't think you'll quit having these dreams until you find out what that fear is and confront and overcome it. |

I've considered the "fear of something" but I can't figure out what it is, I don't generally have a fear of walls falling on me, and the only other thing I'm really scared of are centipedes and millapedes *shudder* Maybe I should consult an expert... ![]() |

a doctor really may able to help you with this. It sounds like you may have a sleep disorder. If this is really distressing you, then a doctor may be your best bet-- remember, doctor's are just people like you and I and their goal is to help you. If it continues like this for very long or gets worse, then I would say that you definitely should consult a doctor. ![]() |
