Date: 11/20/2001 6:16:00 AM From Authorid: 42703 Country life...I've lived in the country all my life,it's peaceful-pretty and you don't have to worry what you look like when you step outside. However I do like the conconvenience of the city, but it's too dirty for me. |
Date: 11/20/2001 6:24:00 AM From Authorid: 29928 If I could choose, it would be a little yellow house, with a huge porch and swing, under a big oak tree in the country or heck, even the same in a very samll city. The cleaness and the beauty of the country are awesome!!!!!!!! Hugs, |
Date: 11/20/2001 6:25:00 AM From Authorid: 10915 There are pros and cons to both type of life. I never lived in the country. Was always a city slicker and to be honest, I am tired of it. Maybe I should consider the country, but I probably would be bored to death on account of it. Who knows. |
Date: 11/20/2001 6:26:00 AM From Authorid: 3835 Would be nice to know which you prefer seeing as it is your own posting. (-: |

Date: 11/20/2001 7:45:00 AM From Authorid: 11240 Hey, PammieRose, obviously you've never lived down wind from a dairy farm. I grew up in the country (next to a dairy farm), I presently live in the city, and I can say, without reservation, that the country appeals to me most. Because where I live right now, smack in the middle of a metropolitian area, is a long-held dairy farm and here I sit getting the smell of the country while living in the city. Yeccchh. God Bless. |
Date: 11/20/2001 7:46:00 AM From Authorid: 23685 I prefer country life..(((HUGS))) |
Date: 11/20/2001 8:01:00 AM From Authorid: 22704 I lived in both for years and I can honestly say I'll love to live in the country part of any city, as long as I'm no more than a 30 min drive from any city I'm happy. The best of both worlds. |

Date: 11/20/2001 8:26:00 AM From Authorid: 19220 Country life. I live in a City. Not really a big one but it's big enough for me. I would rather live in the country. The odd thing is that I grew up in the country and couldn't wait to live in the city. Now that I'm here I want to go back..LOL |

Date: 11/20/2001 12:54:00 PM From Authorid: 15998 Country life... everyone knows everyone, less traffic and you can't hear your neighbor sneeze (not saying it is like that in every place in every city... but you know what i mean) |

Date: 11/20/2001 3:05:00 PM From Authorid: 38474 I prefer city life but my hubby prefers country life. We live in a rural area and have about 268 acres. I would be much happier back in a condo rather than this house................. |

Date: 5/8/2005 1:57:00 PM ( Admin-DNL ) I've only lived in the city my whole life, I like it here but sometimes I wouldn't mind living a simpler life. |
Date: 8/24/2008 4:48:00 PM From Authorid: 12072 country life--I want to be able to leave my curtains open and walk around naked, I want to be able to suntan in my backyard, I want to have a huge dog who can go where-ever he pleases (not that I want a dog, but I want to be able to have one LOL)--in the same manner, I want to be able to have huge large parties with no one around to complain (even though my parties consist of playing poker and Munchkin (a great game btw) LOL. |
Date: 8/24/2008 4:49:00 PM From Authorid: 10245 I like them both.... but I prefer to actually "exist" in the country. City life is for culture and shopping, it's too hard to actually relax. |
Date: 8/24/2008 6:26:00 PM From Authorid: 64365 Country...people in the city kind of raise their brows when you walk down the street hollerin' SOOEY! SOOEY! SOOEY PIG! And the policemen don't like it much, either... |
