Computer trouble

Okay...I've got this website I'm trying to build, and I need some SERIOUS help for something. First of all, I don't know how to make downloads!!!! I mean, I've worked on one 30-page comic book for like, 3 months and I wanna show it to everyone, but I don't know how to make it into a PDF-format download!!! All the pics are in JPG format, and I need some tips or instructions on how to do it!!!! Would somebody please give me a hand?? I would very much appreciate it.
