Try sleeping in a place where the natural sunlight will come in through the window and wake you up. |

Use your inner strength to set your "internal" clock. Tell yourself the exact time you need to get up in the morning (don't be wishie-washie about it) and it will work. Yes, it does take practice, but you can do it. While you are learning to set your internal clock, use a noisy wind-up alarm clock and place it across the room from your bed. That way you will have to get up to turn it off. Do you need it louder? Place the clock on a metal baking pan. ...xtra... |

A nice warm glass of Chamomile before you lay down, don't hit the doze button, and don't stay out of school just because you slept late... |

I had this problem for years due to shift patterns and it is a hard cycle to break out of. Some people can wake up no problem at all and it drives me crazy how they can do that. It just takes time to get into a pattern of waking up, do you have an alarm clock if you do where is it, if its to near the bed where you can roll over hit it and go to sleep move it to the otherside of the room, get your parent to wake you up as well making sure you are up. School is important and you need to go. Good Luck. |
