From what I have been told by people in Europe and Canada, Americans drive like morons and we have no rules. I like the rules in both places and I totally agree. We need stricter rules.  |

They don't follow the rules what makes people think they will follow strickter laws? There will always be some people who will drive terrible. The only law I can think of that might make the roads safer is only 18 year olds can drive.  |
