i drink my tears down
to swallow the last of the pain
my soul collapses, and im left standing
with nothing, nothing more to gain
is their somone out there, strong enough
to help me recover
a life line thrown to me last minute
before im sucked under
this bad taste, that is left in my mouth
is life
its a stick that beats me bloody
and cripples my knees
i buckle,i buckle
in need of a human crutch
is it, impossible to think
that their is one who seeks
me, who seeks to bare my weight
my burdens, not to great
or are my pleas, just to late
these self inflictions, my fate
