A friend, what is a friend?
A friend is someone who cares about you
And likes you for who you are.
A friend is someone you can talk to
And trust, always so far.
A friend is someone you can share a secret with
And can keep it to themselves.
A friend is someone who won't tell you a myth
And leave you wondering about yourself.
A friend is someone who never abandons you
When you're in trouble or in need.
A friend is someone who won't forget about you
And someone who can take the lead.
