iam a bit of a gym junkie, so i usually exercise (rowing machine or boxing bag my fav) and then tends to take me away from everything for a while. Or even just going for a nice long run along the beach helps to clear my head ...... |

I like to read, tv and USM. Or just lie on my bed and snooze away. Nothing too exhausting for me, LOL. Take care, |

I escape through poetry and just writing stuff down. Also sometimes I put on my headphones and turn the music up real loud, so i can't hear much and just jam out till I feel better. Great post love and smiles |

Yes, music is another good outlet. I've also done that a few times. I live in the country and I just blast some music for awhile. |

I turn to books. I love to read....especially good horror fiction. Stephen King seems to take me another world...I can tune out all that's going on when reading one of his novels. Also, his characters usually have it so bad that my problems seem VERY small compared to theirs!! LOL...Love and peace...... |

Meditate, LONG, hot bubbly bubble baths...or most of the time if I'm lazy to get those materials out..I listen to Linkin Park when I'm angry...well I listen to their hyped up songs when I'm angry..and when I'm upset I'll listen to their sad songs and their softer ones..that's why I love them so much Or if I have Mulah..then u know where I would go....(M A L L) |
