I totally agree. I'm sick of them. I don't think they put people in their best light. And the fact that people are put up against others to try and win money, makes it even worse. I don't watch any of them anymore. I can't stand that "you are the weakest link". Why put yourself forward to be insulted and degraded is beyond me. Take care,  |

Yeah they over do it. I do like big brother and real tv though, but i'm not much for the others. For me it is nice to see that i'm not the only person that has problems. But I understand what you mean. Don't worry the way they run r tv into the ground it will fade out in no time. Love and smiles   |

I like reality TV!! Some of my favorite shows are Big brother, Survivor, Drama school and the Mole. I don't think it's getting out of hand. R.TV Has just been so popular that more and more people are getting into it - and really if the veiwers like it then there isn't really anything wrong! It's just giving the people what they want   |

Survivor, Big Brother and all those other network game shows aren't Reality TV, what we witnessed on September 11 is Reality TV. These shows are network manipulated edited game shows which is still far from reality. >Bearclaw<  |

I've been tired of reality shows since the first one...Survivor. I relate reality shows to Soap-Operas...a pure waste of air-time. I have my own reality and life to get involved in, I could care less about "Sally and Bob's affair," or "who's sleeping with who now on some soap-opera." I call these shows "Garbage tv." It's amusing how a person appears on one of these so-called reality shows and then all the sudden is a "Star or Celebrity." Excuse me but where did they attend acting or drama school to earn their title. Craziness everywhere, especially on tv. Good post. "  |
