is he real?

I've had contact with various spirits in these past years, but one of them was different.

I don't know how to go out of my body at will. Whenever I've gone out, it was because some other spirit induced it. Anyways, whenever I see this certain spirit, it feels entirely different. It feels like I'm doing it myself, but it's never done intentionally.

Everytime I see it, I always feel so happy afterwards. Whenever I see it, we just feel eachother's sentiments, it always feels so wonderful! So I was wondering, could you tell me what it is? Is it the spirit of a departed human, or is it something else?

I don't know if this helps at all, but my birthdate is 9/29/1984
