The Dreamer Chapter 8 *Juls*

When she awoke the next day and went through her routine, she found that she couldn't stop the dreams from coming. She had dreamt of the little girl again, each time the dream lasted a little bit longer and became more vivid and more real.

She thought about the dream the whole morning, the way to work and she was still thinking about it even now as she grabbed her purse to meet Christian for lunch in the cafe down the street. She was going to take her car but, when she got outside and realized what a nice day it was, she decided to walk.

When she walked in the door of the nice, small, quiet bookstore/cafe and coffee shop she saw a lot of people there, talking and having lunch, reading books and enjoying a nice coffee break. She spotted Christian sitting at a small table by the big bay window. He looked up and spotted her almost as soon as she spotted him. She thought again about how handsome he looked. And smiled as she crossed the room and sat down across from him.

"Hey you, how's work going today" He smiled and asked as soon as she sat down.

She smiled back. "Hey yourself, and work is going okay"

The waitress appeared and they placed their order. Ashlie a chicken saled sandwhich and Christian and Ham and cheese sandwhich. They both ordered iced lemonade to drink.

"So, I had a great time the other night and I was wondering if you would like to do it again, only this time. You can come over and I will cook you dinner" She smiled at him and he smiled back.

"That sounds great to me, did you have a day in mind"? He reached across the table and placed him hand over hers.

"How about tonight"? She said, giving him a seductive smile.

He smiled back and squeezed her hand. "Sounds great. I'll be over around seven and I will bring the wine"

"Great" she smiled as the waitress set their food on the table.

When they finished their lunch. Christian insisted on walking her back to her office. He didn't go in the building but he did sneak a kiss before she disappeared inside.

She sighed as she sat down at her desk. She would cook dinner tonight and then she would tell Christian everything and she meant everything.
