OMG!!! thank you so much for this post! now i have finally found the answers i am looking for!! ever since i was at the age of 5....EVERYTIME, and i mean EVERYTIME i would drift off to sleep my body would all of a sudden jerk up, or jump for no apparent reason...it is a really scary thing to experience, really it is..lol....now it only happens ever so often to me and i pray it won't happen again...i get the jeepers creepers scared outta me when that happens...LOL!  |
