Cathys Dogs, so sad!

Today in our paper was an article about a young lady who lives abot 8 miles from me. She raises and trains horses, she has taken in some horses that were almost starved to death and they are beautiful and healthy. She is an absolute animal lover! She has always had five or six dogs since I have known her. They live inside with her, just like children, they are pet and pampered. They go everywhere she does. A few weeks ago the oldest dog died of natural causes. She buried her in her front yard. Thursday she went out to the pasture to feed her horses and while walking along a fence, she heard a rattle snake. As it lunged at her, one of her dogs jumped it and got bitten. The other two dogs jumped in and another one was bitten, her third dao, a pit bull tore the snake to shreds. Her dogs saved her life. She buried them with Georgia in ger front yard in her pet cemetery. She has it bricked and she planted flowers there for them. Cathy is so sad over her loss. I just wanted to share this sad story with you guys. Love is not just between two human beings, its between a person and their pets too. How many people do you kow that would jump a rattler to save you? I feel so sorry for her.Remember, be good to those animals that cherish you. BUSYBEE

I was watching Unsolved Mysteries one time and it was talking about animal heroes, and one was about a cat that warned it's owners about a gas leak in there house. it's amazing the relationship between some people and their pets!! ~Lauren
