We used to talk
Play, joke around
pretend to laugh at stupid jokes
We were 'Friends'
or at least I was told
The first words we said
when we looked into each others eyes
were Hello
The days went by
We grew older
more mature
We stopped talking
playing, and joking around
we stopped laughing at stupid jokes
we got into older more mature stuff
We walked down the hallway with out a care
I looked the other way, and seen you standing there
you barely looked my way
I didnt reconize you, without that smile on your face
we both looked away
forgeting the good old times
when I seen a you whisper one small word
I whisperd something back,,,
"Goodbye"
