yes bench press is where its flat and your on your back completly flat and incline is at different angles..but yes it is slanted and youre still on your back..it depends on which part of the chest youre working on..like at my school gym the incline benches can be adjusted 2 several different incline angles,,good luck this season,ttocS |

A bench press is where you are flat on your back, and the bench is parallel to the floor, while an incline bench press is where the bench is not...understand?...good luck eh..working out is great, and it does your body god, makes you looks good too..  |
