I think its a little scary myself.. The mad Hatter is really creepy in the book as well! Lol! Seriously though, that book would give me the shivers if I was hearing about it at night at a young age.  |

I like Alice in Wonderland. I find it very whimsical. Though the guy who wrote it was high on shrooms at the time. My favorite character has to be the flowers that sing to Alice.  |

I enjoyed Alice in Wonderland when I read it. But underneath the wimsy is an undercurrent of slight creepyness. When I was smaller I didn't notice it as much, but now that I do it's interesting to be able to look at it from different angles. My favorite character was that crazy knight that kept falling off his charger.   |

I love Alice in Wonderland, I guess it does have stuff that kids woudldn't get like the Hookah smoking catepillar or why the mad hatter was crazy. LOL My favorite charachter is the Chesire cat or the Mad Hatter. It definately has sort of a drug theme going too, the mushrooms, the Hookah smoking catepillar, all those little bottles Alice drinks from, her wild halucinations... You should listen to the song White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane, it's all about Alice in Wonderland.  |

it's all very surreal isn't it. I really like that book now - I think I can appreciate it more now i'm older. But when I ws really small the thing were the baby turns into a pig scared me a lot. Mrs Macphisto  |

Oh no, that is not true! That is my most favorite fairy tale ever. When I was a very little girl I used to watch the movie then I would go out side and play Alice and wonderland in my backyard (it was a forest) I would act out the whole movie and play Alice the whole time. I love all the characters from the story. It is still my favorite tale and has been for twenty years. Now thats love buddo!  |

My favorite character from Alice in Wonderland would be the doormouse that's always falling asleep, I believe.. I can't remember exactly what happened, but I think they wake him up by putting jam on his nose. Doesn't he sleep in a teacup, or teakettle? Hehe.. Poor thing, always falling asleep during his meals..  |
