HEre is the situation

~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>>~>~

Ms.Mac was at home tucking in her kids because it was 8 pm the bedtime of her kids as doing so she hears a knock on the door. At the door was the neighbour the only way Ms.Mac and the neighbour are related are by their kids the neighbour's kids and Ms.Macs kids are friends and go to school together. The parents aren't very well together. anyhow, the neighbour offers some of her kids leftover birthday cake for Ms.Macs kids. Ms.Macs Says she doesn't want her kids to eat HER cake and says to go away. The neighbour was a bit ticked because she was trying to be nice and offer some birthday cake for some little kids instead of leaving she throws the piece of cake right into Ms.MAcs face. Later on Ms.Mac called the police and the one in trouble was.....the neighbour

~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~

OKay whose side are you one who do you think deserves to be trouble?????

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that Ms.Mac should be in trouble 'coz she was just being rude and deserve the cake in her face plus its not as if she needed to go to the hospital.

Date: 8/14/2001 6:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 27046    The neighbor is at fault. What kind of example is it to teach a child the way to handle something. So it would be okay for your kids to throw things at someone else when they don't like the answer they got when they offer something or ask a question. She is an adult....In this instance it may have only been a cake, but what if it was a baseball bat the woman offered to give to her children and Mrs. Mac said no...In your eyes would it be wrong then because its a bat instead of some cake?
Date: 8/14/2001 6:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 4614    nah...the neighbor should be...she flew off the handle...weird situation...lol
Date: 8/14/2001 6:09:00 PM  From Authorid: 37150    i think that's ridiculous & those ppl r being immature. (no offense 2 n-e1)~*~*Mayuka*~*~
Date: 8/14/2001 6:09:00 PM  From Authorid: 33573    Well I think the neighbor was good at heart and Ms. Mac was very RUDE! I do not think that was a matter to call the cops in the first place! The neighbor is also at fault because she should have just walked away so I say.....the neighbor?!
Date: 8/14/2001 6:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 35941    I think they're both wrong! They both reacted too soon & handled things the wrong way. Canei
Date: 8/14/2001 6:10:00 PM  From Authorid: 160    Maybe you should e-mail this to Jerry Springer and they'll be guests on his show.
Date: 8/14/2001 6:11:00 PM  From Authorid: 30229    TWO wrongs do not make a right!!! Just because she was rude does not give the neighbor a right to throw cake at her, in her OWN house too!!! lol... funny story though
Date: 8/14/2001 6:12:00 PM  From Authorid: 17396    What? you lost me son!
Date: 8/14/2001 6:12:00 PM  From Authorid: 16069    She deserved the cake in her face.
Date: 8/14/2001 6:14:00 PM  From Authorid: 30747    Ekkkk. I hate to say this but even though ms.Mac was extremely rude, the neighbor had no right to shove cake in her face over it. (even though I probubly would of been tempted to do the same thing)
Date: 8/14/2001 6:17:00 PM  From Authorid: 12103    yeah she should have cake put in her face for that....that is rude
Date: 8/14/2001 6:22:00 PM  From Authorid: 8224    "..the neighbor was, she should of just walked away and kept her foul desposition in check.
Date: 8/14/2001 6:25:00 PM  From Authorid: 23129    hey bro! i agree w/ you. that ms. mac was being a real b*tch!!! by the way, what brought up this subject???
Date: 8/14/2001 7:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 29578    You can't use force on someone. The nieghbor should of took the cake back home and when the kids came over, to offer the cake then. But Ms.Mac was very rude! Hopeless
Date: 8/14/2001 7:29:00 PM  From Authorid: 41335    They are both to blame for being so childish. Granted, Mrs mac was rude about the nice gesture, but the neighbour could've restrained herself from throwing cake at her. I pity both women.
Date: 8/14/2001 7:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 17525    Neighbor was wrong. Period
Date: 8/14/2001 7:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 33925    Well actually the neighbour would be the one in trouble...she came to Ms. Mac's home..and she threw the cake..yes it was very rude of Ms. Mac to be that way, but she didnt do anything physically, the neighbour did and in Ms. Mac's home..so by law the neighbour is the one at fault...xoxo
Date: 8/14/2001 7:44:00 PM  From Authorid: 12600    I believe they were BOTH wrong. ~peace~
Date: 8/14/2001 8:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 3125    I agree with a couple of others here..I think they were both wrong..Maybe Ms Mac was upset because the neighbor hadn't invited her children over to a birthday party..Still didn't give her the right to act like a child herself..The neighbor did respond with violence by throwing the cake in her face and she was on Ms Mac's property..That made her guilty according to law..Ms Mac was only guilty of being extremely rude..There's no law against that..
Date: 8/14/2001 9:06:00 PM  From Authorid: 277    I think they both just need to grow up.
Date: 8/14/2001 9:58:00 PM  From Authorid: 30318    a little cake in the face never hurt anyone! and i simply despise high and mighty rude people, so i think the hag deserved a cake in the face LOL GO NEIGHBOR!!!...
Date: 8/14/2001 11:31:00 PM  From Authorid: 27678    The neighbor should have calmly walked away and minded their own business. If Mrs. Mac doesn't want the neighbor to give her kids cake, then what is wrong with that? Just because someone lives next door to you, doesn't mean that person deserves some kind of "special privilege" in your children's lives. Unfortunately, the police shouldn't have been called at all, and the neighbor should have apologized to Mrs. Mac and left her and her kids alone. Free Girl
Date: 8/15/2001 6:48:00 AM  From Authorid: 15998    Technically it would have to have been the neighbor in trouble because she did throw a cake at her neighbor on her neighbor's property and all Ms. Mac did was refuse a cake. But I think both were acting selfishly and inappropriate, especially for their age... jeeze the kids even acted better, lol. -scooter9009
Date: 8/15/2001 4:33:00 PM  From Authorid: 13371    I think it's the worst thing I've ever heard. Who in the world cares about some cake in the face (I'd be rather pleased, myself...yummy) but honestly, how petty can people be? Just another perfect example of stupidity. Too bad the cake wasn't poisoned so Ms. Mac could get a Darwin Award. >:-) Morrigan

Date: 8/16/2001 9:32:00 AM  From Authorid: 40541    the neighbor was in the wrong
