I have heard of this. The old hag sounds like a succubus. A female demon that does the things you described. I don't know too much about them but I know that they sometimes also appear to you as a young, attractive woman, then suddenly turns into the hag(usually). You might be dreaming and be having those kind of dreams where you are asleep enough to dream but awake enough to have them feel real. I have had those kinds of dreams and I know I am dreaming because the very moment I "see" something, the adrenalin kicks in and I am wide awake instantly. If it turns out you are not dreaming and a succubus is tormrnting you, say your prayers. Pray hard. I have heard they molest you or try to most of them time. Yeah gross! But from what you decsribed, it seems like she's able to take some energy from you just by sitting on your back.But maybe now not as much since you no longer panic. Since you don't panic, does she bother you less and less? If she gets nothing from you, seems like she'd leave you alone. I hope she does. Keep us updated.

Hey Sea Princess: it hasn't happened in a while...i try not to sleep on my back all the time because of that..all that you said is exacting what i meant..i remember one time i was sleeping and i was hearing faint whispers and gusts of air..like multiple breathing...i couldn't move or open my eyes..it was freaky..very scary.. |

I forgot to mention the male version of this demon; an incubus. He usually bothers female humans and the succubus usually bothers the males. I am not sure demons even have genders but that is how they are described in some stories I've read and yours is the first I've heard of a succubus bothering a woman. But who knows, it may not even be that kind of demon or not any kind of demon. Either way, I hope you are never bothered by it again, even if it's just a dream after all.
