Something Tiny in a Shroud

I wrote this a while ago, I hope you enjoy it. :)

Big Joe, the sailor, and his crew
Were sailing across the ocean blue
When out of nowhere came a cloud
That brought something tiny in a shroud

Joe picked it up, to his surprise
Staring at him were two little eyes
After a short gasp, quoted he:
"A babe this be! A babe this be!"

All the men stepped back away,
A story came from another day
About a black death in a shroud
Comming down in a bitter dark cloud

The babe was good, Captain assured
And to their safety he gave his word
Their yougthful lives he could not save
For the baby sent them to their grave

The baby didn't work alone
The anger between the men had grown
Many a fight and angered word
Brought death upon wings for souls to herd

Merder did all the crew commit
Now here the interesting bit
When the old ship was discovered
Around it a light mist had hovered

On board was no body of man
But on the new ship somthing began
When out of nowhere came a cloud,
That brought something tiny in a shroud.
