Hmmmm...if it really is bugging you, sure bring it up. He's your grandfather...I would think he would understand you're wanting to know. But remember this....if you are a Bible believer then you know it says that we are judged by our works and by the love we have for others. Either way, I dont' think your grandfather will have any problems getting in. *hugs* |

Hi there. Do you know what Christian means? A christian means that you had accepted Jesus as your savior, whether you're baptised or not, as long as you had accepted the Lord as your Savior, you're a Christian! This may sounds easy, but to really accept Christ in your life you have to allow yourself to go through some personal downfall with Him and experience his mighty power, in short you have to experience Him. Is not easy to build up the faith just by listening ot others talking about Him, is only through yourself that you had learn to accept Christ I know that you believe in heaven, and you wish to see your love ones there But, nothing is impossible with the Lord, I would suggest you to pray to the Lord that your Grandpa will experience Christ, for he who says fear not May the light shines upon you always!!!!!!! AMEN!!!! God bless. Love and light, |

I personally think you shouldn't beat around the bush. I think just ask him what he thinks of Jesus & the bible. If he says something along the lines of He was a good man and the bible is a beautiful "story", then this will tell you that he follows the "works alone" doctrine. My dad is 75 and he seems to prefer this thinking although I haven't given up yet. If he tells you what Christ has done for him, that is a good indicator that he believes in christ as Savior. Either way the easiest way to find out is to just ask him. --- Ed --- |

I'm more blunt about things myself. I find it easier, and you get a more truthful answer when you shock em with the bluntness. I'd just come out and ask em "Grandpa, have you accepted Jesus Christ as you Lord and personal savior yet?" Even if he hasn't, what's he gonna do, get mad? You're his grandchild. He loves you! Be brave...Love Much... |

Grab gramps throw him in the nearest pond and tell him he better believe in Jesus from now on or he will certainly rot in hell. |
