My Mothers Will, not legal, but is it binding?

My lovely mother passed away last September,of Cancer.Everyone said there was no Will,(((BUT>) I knew there was one and exactly what it said.My Mother had told me about it years ago.The day she had died, we began discussing what we should do.I told everyone, there are 5 sibblings in our family, that I knew there was a will.In this will I had told them exactly what our Mother had told me word for word never ever forgetting like it was yesterday. She had told me this some 10 years ago or so. She said... (That my oldest sister and middle brother who are unmarried would always remain in the home.Should anything ever happen to my parents they would never ever be put out or homeless no matter what. The House may not be sold unless (all) sibblings agree to the sale after their deaths.)(Or she would haunt us till the day we died) Today I came to find out by accident, I wasn't crazy and this Will did exist. It was a hand written note by my Mom and it had been updated to 4 years ago.As it turns out my youngest brother had come accross it and has kept it from all of us except my oldest brother.Aparently he wasn't happy about this.My oldest brother assumed we all knew it was found so he never brought it up again. So here is my delema.Tomorrow I have desided to talk to my father. And request that her wishes be drawn in a will in his own name.I don't know if this Will is still intact.I don't want to start up a whole family fued, but we three have our own homes, they do not. They were not as lucky.I beleive my sibblings should have the home as long as they need a place to live! Its only my youngest who has the problem. And he just happens to be the wealthy one in the family.Am I right? Or should I mind my own business? Isn't it my business? Or should I just let it go?I say no!
