I don't avtually "see" it, its more like I "remember" what it looks like. Tough to explain. Also, you must not only visualize, but feel. Feel the energy all around you, the energy that you are releasing. Feel it all |

Visualize means only to actively see somethign in your mind... while imagination flows without any meanin really besides escape from normal reality and a nice thing in your mind... visualization is active seeing something in your mind... while what zero-shark does is good you must also have to be able to build a picture in your mind without a memory... and when doing a technique it also involves being able to hold that image for a while... also visualization should include other things besides seeing if possible... ie.. when visualizing a storm seeing it very vividly, almost feeling the breeze building up flowing across your skin, hearing the distant rumble of thunder, smelling the scent of rain to come in the air... I know this seems like a lot and you might be able to get by without it... I'm a very visual person and use my mind a lot to picture things so when I first had to do something with visualization I was able to do it easily... here's what I do... I'll use the storm example... When visualizing a storm to create one... I don't just see the storm already there... In my mind I watch the clouds zooming in and building up in intensity and darken.... (I see it happening so there is more thought in it holding it in my mind and it won't just slip back out... I feel the wind of the storm building... I smell the tang of rain on the air, I hear the rumble.... then I see the whole storm in it's intesity, ready to go, then my power automatically starts to flow towards the goal and I just gotta hold the flow open... that's that. Hope this helps ~~PsiMage~~ |

Awsome Examples Psi Mage and Zero Shark Ill put in my 2 cents in it too.. I remember when my mom would read me stories to get me to sleep at night I would visulize what it looked like, a mental picture of what I thought it was like how the writer gives the detail in the book... Visulation Exercises Make a Image and hold it in your mind for as long as you can Rinse and Repeat... Be in a quiet place as usual as it seems Noises can distract you... try that.. If you wish.. |
