Who's Down There?.....Casper Chic

I was left home alone today, and was told to do the laundry. I picked up the laundry, and was heading down stairs when I noticed my Brothers T.V was on(keep in mind my brothers room is down stairs.) I didn't really think anything of it, so I walked in the room and turned it off. As I was leaving the room the T.V came back on. I was just like "okay maybe I didn't hit it hard enough." So I turned it off again..and I stood there, and it came right back on. After that I started to get a little bit freaked out. I slammed the power buttom then looked up. Out of the corner of my eye i saw a Solid White figure standing almost behind me. As I was running up the stairs I took a quick look into his room, and it was just standing there..not doing anything. About five minutes ago, I peaked down stairs and the T.V is on again, no white figure, But I am DEFINITLY not going back down there again!
