my cousins house has hardwood in the bedrooms as did my best friend before they moved, I like hardwood floors. just get some throw rugs.   |

i personally would go with hardwood floors. I like them a lot and if u decide you don't like them you can always throw down a oriental rug or some sort of cute rug to cover part or all of the room. Silverflame  |

Go with hardwood floors. They are so much easier to keep clean. They cost a little more, but they last longer. You can change the look of the room by switching the rugs. I can't stand wall to wall carpet anymore. Blessings, Little Skylark |

It does not really matter what anyone else does. Your home is for you. Do it your way. If it turns out you don't like, live with it for awhile, then change it again. I had to do that with my kitchen wallpaper. Once it was up I didn't like it, but it will have to do for awhile. Lots of work to wallpaper. BJS |
