Way to go Diana!! I completely agree with you! I was wondering who I was going to tell my 7 year old son and 10 year old daughter..they absolutely adore Britney!! I also read and replied to that post and I was totally disgusted!! To wish someone dead? and even worse a total stranger?? Oh, come on! Everyone KNEW it was a rumour. The irony of being hit by a Pepsi truck kind of gave it away, didn't it? Sorry you took it so hard, but hey, I guess there are still people who think Paul McCartney died in a car accident in 1966. i agree with you..there was a special on Vanilla Ice on VH1 I believe..he came close to suicide and drugs becuase of how people "joke"about him..can you imagine being a star like that and then make a dramatic fall..these people are real and do have feelings..  |

Wow,I must have missed the story that someone wrote about them.I happen to like Britney's music and I think both Britney and Justin make a cute couple.I don't understand why people were being mean and saying bad things about them.I certainly don't wish anyone being hurt or dead,and I can't understand why some people were saying that it was no big loss.Even though I am 22 ears old,I am not ashamed to say that I am a Britney fan.I understand some people don't like her or her music,but I think she is cool and congrats to the girls who won the contest.I am sure they loved there surpise that you gave them.  |

Thanks all for replying to this post. I was very upset reading such crule comments from my fellow USMers.It really did upset me that so many were and commented how bummed they were because this wasn't true.It saddens me.I am also sorry but I don't get or apreciate, personally your since of humor then either Kawaii. Nor do I ever joke about death.So now you know {everyone} does not joke about death!!! Even jokeing about it isn't my way of haveing fun. Sorry to say that even 40 year-old family lawyers joke, and some of us even joke about death (but thank you for reading my profile, anyway). People in the public eye have to take whatever criticism, jokes, etc. are out there--it's called the price of fame. Sometimes the jokes aren't so nice, but they're well-insulated against this dollar-wise, anyway. And as for Ms. Spears and her woeful lack of talent, she will be but a very minor footnote in the history of popular music, anyway. I guess your job turns you quite cold.I am sorry for you.But to be dissapointed these children weren't dead.I still say for shame especially on YOU!There are millions out there who happen to like them and think they do have talent,I suggest if you dislike them so badly you turn off your radio and TV.I am sorry,I am a parent,a sister,an aunt,a god mother and old enough to be their Mom.I have a heart and care about all people.Never wishing anyone dead.How sad. |
