What you did will only help them in the future! And I think any kid would rather get sent to bed without dinner, than to get spanked. Now they'll know that next time that when you ask for something as simple as to clean up their mess, they'll do it. ~>  |

They did not get anything to eat. But I felt so guilty all night long. When we were in the car the next morning on the way to daycare, they all apologized to me. I asked them if they thought I was a mean or bad mommy and they all said no. So I dont feel so bad. But it is the only way I can get their attention. I hate spanking my kids and I am trying to get away from doing it but I am running out of things to do. They dont listen to me and my hubby works 3rd shift. So when he comes home, we are leaving and when we come home he is already gone. It makes for a long day to deal with them all by myself sometimes. I just run out of things to get some help and some respect....Thanks for your responses everyone... ~DaisyDolly~  |
