i saw him live and was disappointed..some of the stuff he did wasn't very good and whenhe did his flying you could tell he was hooked onto the back baton of the theatre..Penn and Teller have shown how a bunch of these illusions are done..Even some of the harder ones..i believe they are many magick users out there both real and profitable but i don't thinbk Copperfield is a dark user..just my thoughts though   |

I don't think he used any ropes to make him fly. There's another magician who could float in th air. He did it outside. After doing it, he was so exhausted and couldn't breathe properly. Guess, David can really fly with some "dark secret" help, maybe....... lawa-17  |

I don't know about David Copperfield, but I have seen David Blaine levitate outside and I swear it was totally real! I think some magicians are just good with slight of hand, but some of them do have special powers. *~blondie~*  |

David Copperfield is one of my favorite illusionists. I've seen him live, just recently, and how he does any of that stuff really intregues me. Im still at a loss as to how he got from the center of the crowd to Hawaii. Heck, even if it was just back stage, how'd he get there? But anyway, as to him having any "dark mystical powers"... nah, he's just good at what he does.  |
