~*Delicious Strawberry Pie*~By> Millennium Witch )O(

**Strawberry Pie**

1/4 cup water~

3 Tbsp. cornstarch~

1/2 cup sugar~

Juice of 1 lemon~

6 - 8 cups fresh strawberries, slice large ones small ones can be left whole~

1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust~

Whipped topping

~Combine water and cornstarch and mix until dissolved. Heat a large saucepan and add sugar and lemon juice and stir until sugar is melted. Add water/ cornstarch mixture and stir until mixture starts to thicken. Add strawberries for just a couple of minutes. Pour into pie shell and chill for 3 hours or more. Serve with whipped topping. We sometimes (often?) forget that people in other countries don't have the same foods that we do in this country. For those of you that might not know, a graham cracker is a type of cookie that is very thin (like a cracker), made from graham flour and covered with cinnamon.

~The Skinny: Use your favorite sugar substitute and fat free whipped topping.

Enjoy!!
