Well, she was on Montel Williams today, and she was so accurate on what she told. I believe that there are some people out there that can really see, speak, or hear people that have passed on. I've had some eerie experiences myself, but she could be a true medium. You never know!! (sdangel)  |

I think she's great. She is good at finding people, solving crimes and knowing things that people wouldn't or couldn't know normally. I watched a show with her on it today. Somethings she says, I don't believe, like she has her own church and I'm not into that. I think that she just wants to help people and make them feel better, even if that means fibbing a little.  |

I have heard that both Sylvia Brown and John Edwards were fake, but I have seen her books and although i dont not agree with everything she writes, I believe she has something there. My dad reads alot of her books, and seems to find a peace within the pages, so I guess it all depends on the individual and beliefs. Good post, luv Cheryl-  |

Sylvia was on Montel today! There was this update about how 4 years ago on his show she told this woman that in 4 to 5 years she would be re-acquainted with her paternal twin brother. Well on today's show the lady was re-united with her brother. I really believe in her. She is very talented and a really good psychic!  |

I'm not quite sure what to think about her. I had a book of hers and it was nice. Some of it sounds too perfect to be true (Which sounds silly because she often speaks of Heaven and all), more like it is to assuage mortal fears. My grandma likes her a lot. I don't agree with her having her own church. (Gnostic Christian)But I can't completely write off anyone who has helped others come to peace with mortality. She's obviously very popular, I don't see why she has to charge so much for her services, since she evidently has a customer base that's huge. --Lady Amalthea  |

Ms morality, I think you have that a little backwards. If you did any reading up on the woman and watched her on Montell, you would notice that she references God a LOT. That is what people don't understand. Psychic ability and spirituality has everything to do with God. Its not possible without it. Having the ability to see the things and know the things that she does is a God given gift.  |

author 27046 Just becuase sylivia refers to God does not mean she is from god, even the demons believe that much. God tells us how to test such people and sylivia does not pass the test. By the way 'satan and his followers ie. sylivia are even able to perform miracles in the name of god, but remebember that god forbids us to such things as calling us the dead and other socery. So, from that stand point as well, sylivia is going against the God she claims to beleive in, therefore she does not follow the God of the Holy book the Bible. But one who has found God and Knows God who lives in their heart will be able to discern such things, in which case I was very involved with occult, pyschic and other supernatural phenomon. Ms morality, I do not believe in the bible God and certainlty did not come from the devil. You base your statements on a book written by man. Never have I seen read or heard anything about this woman or many of the other world renowned psychics that suggest anything of which you speak. If you are working with the "devil" you certaintly do not work with police departments to solve murders and ease the minds of thousands of people around the world. It seems a little backward to me. Furthermore what I am not understanding is, you are refering me to read a book by a woman concerning the supernatural, but at the same time basically saying that another woman in the same situation is an advocate of the devil. Now could you be doing this because this woman that has written the book you mention claim to have since found your God? What I find strange is there is by far more proof that people like Sylvia truly have the ability that they state to have, and can prove thier ability time and again only to still be called a frauds and fakes. However on the other hand those same people see absolutely nothing wrong in comparison to that by believing in a book that was written by MAN in his interpretation of God and taking that as total and complete truth. |

The Bible is more than a book, it is inspired by God, but you are choosing to beleive lies, if you were to look into the history and facts behind the Bible you would have another conculsion about it, I urge you to read other books besides "sylvia brown" she is being used by the father of lies and doesn't even realize it herself, she is totally unaware. I'm sure you will not read the book because you are afraid of what you might find out, its always nice to think we are right, so why would you want to see otherwise. Yes, the women in the book was a christian to start with, but saw wonderful miracles done in the name of God. It is a very good book, it tells her story and yes Satan does create miracles who help people and does good things, its called "biate". Try learning new things and read "josh Mcdowell" and the beautiful side of evil. I hope you are like me and want to see both sides of the coin, you may be surprized! Ms morality |

Since you don't belive the Bible to be "divine" or significent. Let me ask you a question. How do you explain that a book writen about over a span of 1500 years and consisted of 66 books, plus written by at least 40 authors, from different parts of the world, that all had different backgrounds, all agreed and support the same message. How rare it is today to see only two different authors write a book and agree on all points, let alone from another country and era. Sounds pretty credibile to me, but this is not all that supports the uniqueness of the Bible. There is so much more. No other ancient writing in the world has more historic vadelity than the Bible ( I plan on a future post) What about all the prophecies of the Bible that were predicted hundreds of years before the events? Does this still sound like a "ordinary book"? I hope you check it out, its a matter of where you will spend your eternity. Blessings to you. Ms Morality |

Everything rather it be evil or good has a spiritual realm. With me?? I knew you would be. Ok, now take the words of yours above that say, " God given gift. " The only thing I can see wrong with this statement is that there are many Gods. But only one creator. Each of these Gods can hand out gifts such as these, but that doesnt mean that it comes from thee God, God of creation. Now I know that most people view the book as something man read, some will even go as far as saying these men wrote the bible under the unction of God. Lets say that is true, and AZ, you know that I believe that it is, but if one can believe that the Bible was written by men, under the unction of God, then one must also believe what God says about testing the spirits to see if they are from God. So actually what a person would have to do as in the case of silvia brown would be to test the spirits that she is dealing with and see if they are from God, thee God, thee Creator. The only reason I would say that these spirits that ms, brown deals with are not of God is because, 1. She doesnt credit Jesus. 2. She talks about past lives, there is no reincarnation. Many have memories that were given to them by *familiar* Spirits as talked about in the Bible, and these memories seem like their own. You have to remember that these spirits have been here from day one, from the creation. They have every thought, memory, and life of every person stored in their minds. They can even manifest themselves to look like that person that is dead that you are wanting to see. now, another reason I know this to be fact is that, person I know had this happen to them, they are Jesus believers and believe in testing the spirits. This boy of about 21 wanted to see his dead mother. Well she came to him, He said when he saw her. " In the name of Jesus, if this spirit is not of God, you will leave now. " Poof, she was gone. See his mother was also a good christian person. He believed for a while until this spirit of his mother started to try and sexual molest him, something his mother would never do. I will tell you to do like I would tell anyone, (because so many of you remind me of myself 14 years ago) Learn all you can about both sides of this issue. When dealing with Spirituality, it makes sense to go to both sourses and test which one is true and just. I did that, I found Jesus to be true and just and His word proven. Hugs to you girl.  |

The other side, the god of this world satan will allow this, and the reason for this is many will believe that its good, its got to be from God and they will buy it hook line and sinker, this way people wont except jesus as Lord as God of Creation says to do, they think, oh whats the bother, it cant be true as we have many lives. Sorry but this is not true. God says there will be many lying signs and wonders. Notice , He said lying. But in the long run each has to make this choice themselves. |

I think its amusing seeing so many who believed in Sylvia Browne back then. I wonder what their opinions would be now after she bombed so bad on a couple of the well known cases. I'm drawing a blank on names, but the Cincinatti case with the girls who were held captive. Amanda something? she told her parents she was dead and the other case I believe was Shawn Hornbeck. She told his parents he was dead. Wrong on both. I've read many of her books, but I've seen so many times she was wrong. Oh here's another one just thought of, the time she told the girlfriend, her boyfriends body was never found because it was in water, he died in the WTC attack in NY. Anyway, I used to think she was the real deal, but now not so much! Interesting post!  |
