I agree with you. Usually the only time I don't reply is if I can't find something to say or if I completely disagree with the author and or all the replies. I don't wanna start an argument so I usually just back off. But I post for the replies too.  |

heak! I agree w/you!! Can't they take two seconds in the least and say "cool post" or something!! Nothing is worse than posting something and getting no more than 1 reply if any!! I haven't been on a lot lately, but If I read something, 99.9% of the time I reply to it!! The only time I don;t is when my computer locks up on me or my parents are yelling to get off...but taht isn't often!! Well, I thought this was a great post!! Thanx for saying this, some peeps needed to hear it!  |

I guess some people just don't feel comfortable replying to some post. I also try to reply to all the posts I read but if it something I don't understand or something that I don't feel comfortable with I usually don't reply. ...good point, Scrappy! I must admit that I read a lot of posts but only respond to about a tenth of them (or less). Sometimes, I just can't find the right words to express myself or, at other times, I am practising restraint. I sort of know how you feel. You can put a lot of work and imagination into a project and people take your abilities for granted. You learn how to become invisible. Good post!  |

Well.. hmmm there are several hundred stories being posted a day.. and not everyone does read them.. most just come to read.. I post stories cuzz I know they will get read.. I dont post for replies.. try changing your look on it and WHY you post and you will be much happier ..  |

ok you're not the only person that replies to everything...i try to reply to everything i see..i don't just go to posts and ignore them...and yes some people just do that but they only come for the site to read...they probably don't want to tell you their opinion..now what if it was a bad opinion? would you still want to post stories? maybe that's a reason..they wouldn't want to hurt your feelings or whatever..or even they don't know what to say...i agree with bannie..i don't post just to get replies...i post stories because i know people read them because a lot of people come to usm everyday  |
