Yes, dreams sometimes do come true. There is biblical evidence to support the fact that dreams do sometimes come true. These ae called visions, or premonitions. My husband has also had very accurate dreams, that have come true. However, you can use the information in a dream to change the outcome in real life. My husband had a repeated dream for about six days in a row. The dream concerned him accidentally hitting a child, that ran out into the street after a ball. One day my husband was driving in an area which he had never been in, and realized that the street that we were on, was the street in the dream. As he approached the hill (where in his dream the child would come running out into the street), he slowed the car to a near crawl. Sure enough,here came the child. By heeding the information given in his dream, my husband was able to change the outcome of the dream. If your father feels that his dream was more than an ordinary dream, perhaps talkng to at least one of the persons that he drempt of, warning them of the events of the dream, possibily could change the outcome. By the way, my husband said that his premonition (dream) occurred all of a sudden. He says that he dreams lots of things that never occur, but that dreams that are super realistic, the ones where he remembers all of the details (clothing, houses, hair colors, cars, etc.), are the ones that he pays attention to. Those are the ones which normally come true. If you are religious, you may also be interested to know that the gift of prophecy is a gift from God (according to the Bible). I don't think that was actually a physic dream, sometimes dreams where people die is supposed to have a meaning, like insecurity in the relationship or something like that, I can't really remember. But I wouldn't worry about it, I had a couple of dreams where one of my friends or family members would die,and I remember them being very real, but nothing ever happened. -Allycat |
