Now, I would just have to say to her, " Why do repeat what I say and turn it around to you", I would also ask her if she doesn't have a life of her own. This is my personality and you may be a meek person. Ask your boss if you could get moved from her. I think she sounds mental or either she is doing it on purpose to be a smarty pants. Just don't take crap off her. Tell her how you feel, maybe just don't talk to her! Its hard to tell someone how to solve a problem unless your personality is like mine. I can be a bit of a smart alek on occassion so I think I would have to say something like, "Listen.. what is wrong with you?? You're life is so boring that you have to pretend that you're living mine??" and about them accusing you of saying things that you didn't I would probably say something along the lines of, "And when did I say this ....in your dream or your fantasy??" If that doesn't work then try to see if it's possible to moved away from this person.....express to your boss that it is causing a conflict because this person is saying and doing things that are causing friction in the work place. Hope this helps, and I hope you don't think too harshly of me for saying something like this but she seems like the type that you have to be firm and straight-forward with. I wouldn't tell her anything that has to do with you at all and only talk to her when it has to do with work and work only and if she tries to talk to you just tell her you have a lot of work to do and don't have time to talk with her right now...
If that does not work then go to your boss and tell your boss what is going on and that it is really bothing you and interupting your work and I bet he will put a stop to it if you tell him like that. Good luck ~goldunicorns~  |

She sounds like a weirdo to me! Did you ever ask her why she's doing this? I think she probably has a mental problem or something. Hey, maybe she really envies you and just wants to have your life. You could take it as a compliment! |
