Today is that dreaded day,
we've been talking about...

The day you clean your room,
without whineing,No don't pout!

It is time that you learn
how to pick up after yourself...

First start with those books that
go there on the shelf.

Now for the Tonka trucks,cars,
little men and toy guns...

Put them in your toy box,
thats it son!

Now get those clothes shoved way
under your bed...

Be careful now.don't bang your head!

Now I will help you make your
bed with great care...

Opps, whats this? Are these
your underware?

He giggles and smiles,and
almost causes me to swoon...

When he comes back lugging
that great big vaccumn.

I didn't know you even knew
what that was for!...

"Of course silly mommy,
it sucks all the dirt off the floor!

Now look at your room once again
clean and neat!...

Lets go out to the kitchen,
and get you that special treat!

I would personally like to thank *Starless Sky* for helping me name this poem...
((((Hugs>>

Date: 4/29/2001 2:49:00 PM  From Authorid: 3125    How about "Love comes in all forms" or "Love is a special treat" or "Mommy's are made for love" or Don't dread my love for you"..I do find that giving titles to poems can be hard sometimes.. With or without a title, the poem is beautiful.. Sincerely Rusure
