"Suffering in silence, this
be my plight
"Tell my mind to lead my
body,make it fight,
"Sympathy, false,not real
superficial and fake,
"A true believer, in what
ever it takes"
"Walk the path alone
this illusion, be my own
"I wish you well, people
say,
"I can give you empathy
don't want to catch it,
must be on my way,
"Stop, wallowing in mysery
your a disgrace to humanity
"Inspire me they say, give
to me, hope for the day,
"I have new's for you,I
have nothing left to give
"My battle is within me,
consume's me,the craving to live
"Pain tear's through, I am
powerless, to what it can do
"So like a sheep I succumb, I
fall to my knee's
"Tis my heart, that scream's
and my heart that plea's
"No one can know what is it
I endure
"Petrified there is no cure"
"I know the story I know it
well,
"You'll be okey, you'll be fine,
this to me they tell"
"Tired of the broken dreams of
the life I had planned
"For all sense and purpose,
why from the light
have I been banned?
"Never mind just pretend"
tell myself, this will end
"Will I be the winner? depend's
I guess,
"Can I reach for the strength
or will I settle for less?
"Who in this illusion really care's
if get through the toil and snare's?
"Locked in a cage, like a criminal
if you please
"Moment's of reprieve, just a
touch of ease,
"So I close, this poem of darkness,
so it will be said"
"Down the corrider of perserverence
