They are not shutting down Hotmail; this is a hoax e-mail that's been going around for a while. As they say on their site, only trust e-mail that comes from their official e-mail address.  |

There are several other free e-mail places...Yahoo, lycos, excite, and nightmail. I have accounts at hotmail and yahoo. Nighmail is good because there isn't a storage space limit on your mail. Trouble  BTW..I haven't heard anything about hotmail shutting down...  |

26717, the e-mail you got was a hoax, too. They've attempted to pass bills where you'd have to pay for use of e-mail, but none have gone through yet. |
