I already did this and thanks for those who responded but I need more recipies... so here goes my entry again. Please reply!!

Hello guys!!! what's up? I'm trying to eat better and I was wondering if any of you have some really good... easy recipies to help me out. I didn't know where else to put so I put it here. Anything will do if it sounds good and if it looks like I can do it I'll try it. I'm basically looking for healthier and no to low carbs. Not too much beef either. Even if it sounds incredibly simple any tips or tricks or recipies I would love to hear from you!! thanks

Date: 4/4/2001 1:55:00 PM  From Authorid: 24963    Well here is something I imagine must be low fat that I like to make for my family Take 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts(frozen or fresh, defrost before hand if frozen). Put them in a baking dish. then take 2 cans of (I beleive it is Del Monte brand)diced tomatoes, the ones that are flavored with basil, oregano, or garlic(they are low in fat I beleive). Which ever flavor you prefer. Pour one can tomatoes, juice and all, over the chicken. Bake at 375 untill chicken is done. Cook up some angel hair pasta (about 12 oz is how much I make). Once that is done and drained, pour the other can of tomatoes over the pasta. Heat it up a little more to get the tomatoes hot. Add any other seasonings to your liking and serve! Goes great with some garlic bread. Its very light, and delicious. I love this dish and I am not too fond of tomatoes or chicken! the juices in the tomatoes keep the chicken nice and juicy. I hope this is something that you are looking for! I have other meal ideas and such just message me for more ~Ferret
Date: 4/26/2001 7:39:00 PM  From Authorid: 13788    take a chicken breast and sprinkle garlic salt, lemon pepper, and salt on both sides. put it on the grill thats on low fire and flip it every 5 minutes for about 20 mins or so or until the inside isnt raw. its really tender instead of being dried out like it usually is and it tastes great. you could also eat a salad with it... just chopped whatever lettuces you like then put on some kens steakhouse olive oil vinigarette and its like so awesome.
