This is what happens sometimes when you do something daring.

I will actually share one of my most embarrasing moments with you all. I was at Lake Geneva Wisconsin in January of 2000. I normal go there almost every winter for a weekend at a camp with my youth students. Well, every year that I go, I go polar bear swiming. (I know many of you think its crazy, but I enjoy it very much, what a rush) Anyway, the way we do it is we run up jump in go under and then run back to somewere warm and change into dry clothes. So this time I was up there and I was excited that I was going to get to do this again.I always did it perfect. I was takeing pics of my youth students as they jumped in. Well, I told mine to take my pic as I went to jump in. Well, when my turn came, insted of jumping in as I ran up I fell flat on my back! Everyone was laughing and the guy who was helping, helped me up and even though I was completely soaked and there were little ice chops stiking up made me jump in, when I did I had trouble getting out. so they had to help me out. I ran back to change. I was so glad to get out of there. In the aftermath it turns out not only did I have a cut on my ankle and a bruise that covered the whole legnth of my thigh, My youth student took the pic of me laying on my back and ppl laughing and the guy pointing at me.That was extreamly embarrassing. People are still laughing to this day about this.
