ahh i know what your going through ,in some ways dont make yourself throw up and starving yourself anymore that doesnt help you any. why arent you being with friends? that really sucks your taking your stress with you way too much, you think about it too much let go of it , if you feel the feeling coming on talk to yourself , say clam down i can handle this im strong and im not going to lose it for anyone ( i mean go crazy or anything) ..Teen years suck let me tell you about it lol 13 and 14 were my worse years i would flare at people easily only people in my family though . hold in there girly you will make it i promise you . do you believe in god ?? you should pray to him about it i bet you anything it would help relive you alot you fortunatly have that choice i didnt care about it when i was 13 and 14 ...ill pray for you tooo ltake care god bless oh yah im 17 by the way just incase you were wondering) ~kittee~ |

Find a quiet corner somewhere and put on some soft, soothing music. Take a hot bath with candles. Read a good book. Or better yet, go read to an old person. Do anything you can to get your mind off your problems. There is an effort by Satan and others in this world to make you stressed, so you'll do something that you'll regret. Just take it easy, take deep breaths, relax and tell yourself that things will work out. Oh, and say your prayers. Free Girl |

Just sit back and relax, the more you worry, the worse everything will seem. You really should consider reading up on yoga-- it really helps to relieve stress and it helps you think more clearly. And as for the throwing up and everything-- don't do it, you'll only hurt yourself. Think of all the positive aspects with your life, I guarantee that the positive will outweigh the negative. School will be out soon and that teacher will be gone!! And before you get really mad or upset about something, think about WHY you're getting angry, is it really worth all the stress? when I got stressed out when I was a teenager, I went in my room, put in my favorite album and just let it all out. Sing, dance, cry...do whatever feels right...just know that it will pass, and everything will be fine. Take a nice warm bath with lots of bubbles (trust me!) and bring in the music. I get stressed out all the time.I do not know how I handle it,but I manage things.I think laughing is good for the soul.I pop in my favorite comedy movie in the vcr,which is,"The Family Man,"and prepare for a lot of laughter.I also exercise to hip hop aerobics and that seems to work for me.I go shopping and forget about any worries that I may have and spend my money until I am broke.lol!!! |
