Date: 3/30/2001 9:10:00 PM ( From Author ) From Authorid: 21376 LOL thanks all, I guess we are all spider haters,he hates them because he was bitten once and had an allergic reaction. His poor tiny hand swelled up like a balloon! We were visiting relitives in Virginia. Darn those Virginian spiders. But an up date to this I did manage to get him back in the shower again, {worried he'd become the class smelly boy.} I will never forget to check for spiders again.I have been tring to find information over the internet about Daddy long legs for my son. To prove to him they do not bite? I can't find out what they eat.Tring to prove to him they aren't meat eating.LOLAny ideas? Diana |

Well, what I have heard, and I'm not sure if it's true, but Daddy Longlegs are SUPPOSED to be the most poisonious spider in America, BUT their mouths are way too tiny to bite anyone. I 'm not sure what they eat though. My suggestion is just tell him that the Daddy longlegs mouth is Way too small to bite so he hasn't anything to worry about. Amanda a.k.a KoRnGURL_18 |
