ok i got this off of a site and i am recently trynig this myself! go to yahoo.com and type in WITH THE QUOTATIONMARKS. "how to move objects with your mind" and then when it gives you a list go to "The Realm of Telekenesis" it has some goods i ideas to get you started. how you find it useful let me know how you do! |

I have tk or more commonly called psychokinesis. The thing is with this ability, if you don't practice a lot, you start getting weaker at it. You ever hear of those pk wheels, u use pk or tk on to spin. I had 3 of them spinning as long as a i wanted. The thing is, you have to remember how it feels, so you can get that feeling again |
