What... no one believes me?

My Uncle Marlow had passed away. It was only four days after his death and my Mother and Other Uncle,(Marlow's brother, Brett)were cleaning out my deciesed Uncles house. Going through old mail, old clothes, new clothes, cabnets. And gathering stuff for the Salvation Army. Good shoes, book's, candles, glasses. Anyway, they had a set-aside pile of the things that they had wanted to keep to remember him. His old sweater, his reading glasses, video tapes, stuff like that. They had it set on the nightstand in Marlow's room. They planned on getting the cleaning supplies that they would need the next day, at the store, that night. As they were leaving, my Uncle Brett had put Marlow's work boot's beside the door frame before they left, they were in the middle of the hallway before. Upon there return they began to travel to the bedroom to finish up for the day, when my Uncle tripped and landed on his shoulder. My mother helped him up and moved what was in the hall. When she lifted the first boot, my Uncle stopped her and said" where'd you get that?" My mom said " you just tripped over it." My Uncle then told her how he had moved the boot's and instantly my Mother wanted to leave. Her and my Uncle went to the bedroom to get their keepsakes and get the hell outta there, only to find that the old sweater, his reading glasses, video tapes, records and his "Budwiser" poster were all put back in there original places.

How it changed my life:

They sold the house, but he's still around.

Date: 2/12/2001 5:43:00 AM  From Authorid: 19840    after all how hard is it to believe. ghosts are so regular now days and 75% of the homes in the united states have a spirit in them. it's really no big deal like it was in the late 80's. but i'll say that i would freak out too and make like a hockey stick and get the puck outta there.lol a friend of mine made that phrase up. it's pretty cool.
Date: 2/12/2001 6:37:00 AM  From Authorid: 25650    It's wierd, but kinda nice that a loved one would stay around to watch over things. *rockyhorror*
