Good morning Angels!

How I hope, Pray that All are doing well while we each endure this virus pandemic. It’s been surreal here as well.So much happening around us, in the news....

But I do hope this story might at least bring a smile to Your faces. Talk about “sneaky” lol This little incident happened last weekend.

A relative came last weekend & dropped off their young daughter for me to care for during the weekend while they took a break. The father had bought pizzas from Papa John’s though his daughter seems to like breadsticks much better.

Well, I had refrigerated the uneaten pizzas & was going to pack them with her belongings when she was ready to leave with her Dad but when we got out of the side by side I discovered she had forgotten them… I replied I could run back to get them but he said it was ok…I then said she seems to prefer breadsticks anyway & 2 of my dogs may have already found the pizzas. He looked at me but didn’t reply. I can only imagine what he was thinking!

Well, I drove back to my cabin & didn’t see the pizzas until I looked in the bed of my 4x4… So, I brought them up onto the porch with the intention of giving them to my 2 puppers that stay on the porch anyway. So, I unlock the door, go inside, leaving the pizzas in one of my rocking chairs……I change into old clothes to feed the rest of my Puppers & the chickens.

I come back outside……& was flabbergasted by the very obvious expressions upon my 2 little innocent puppers faces! I kid you not! I try to ignore this.....

Lil Girl my Rottie attempted to hide her slice of pizza she had managed to take from the box-------& Kaden, Anatolian shepherd/Rottie Mix & her son., was already lying on the grass & he lay down on his slice of pizza & looked up at me “Guilt” “Sneaky” All over his face! They were so guilty, I’m surprised that they didn’t actually talk! LOL Incredible!

This guilty expression was just too much, it went on for a couple seconds……I look at them, couldn't stand it any more & start to laugh & say, I was planning on giving you all the pizza anyway!

What did they do!? They looked at each other, then looked back at me---------

I’ve never seen such an incredible exchange of non—verbal communication between dogs like that…….I've heard it said that if you maintain a dialog with your furbabies….that you can understand better what is going on with them..... the expression on their faces, was Priceless!!

It’s never a dull moment around here, I’ll tell You……. There’s always something going on……
