~*Merry blessed Christmas Angels^~ Blue~

Good evening Angels,

Oh I hope every one are doing well this Christmas night...

This year has certainly went by so very quickly. I didn't go "all-out" with my Christmas decorations like I have done for many years now. In fact I didn't even put up a tree. My Edward didn't really like Christmas, though he never explained the reasons why. Still, I am the opposite, always loving Christmas....it's the most Wonderful time of the year!! :D I decorated every year and it looked like Christmas town or Toyland around here at the cabin. He would laugh and say every thing looked very nice :)

But today I didn't go visit, I didn't have dinner and this time I didn't even put up a Christmas tree :/48.....Feeling a little guilty, I guess I should have put up my tree or went out and bought a smaller version but who knows I may go get one of my ceramic trees :/48 and set it on the kitchen table & light it up tonight :)…. but all is not lost... with the unusually warm weather we had today, I decided to decorate a little just enough to feel a little festive so I put a Santa hat with a matching red scarf on one of my outside teddybears----threw a Christmas blanket across the old swing where I sit at times, its there I often receive inspiration for my writings. I placed pops of color here and there and added a few Christmas lights around a birdhouse...with final touches of a few of my Christmas garden flags for a little festive look....

I guess I wanted to be alone, a time for reflection maybe :).....I did some light tidying up around the cabin & have been relaxing the rest of the evening and thought I would stop in and say hello to my fellow USMers.

My Mama & I spent last evening visiting her baby brother and his girlfriend....and made plans for New Year"s Eve.. I've had a good day and grateful for God sending the most precious Gift of all...His Bundle of Love....Jesus Christ, The Lord.....So thankful for all my blessings....and so thankful for Family, for Friends.. I've enjoyed some nice Christmas movies during this Season and plan on driving into the city and enjoying the lights and decorations...

It's not about the presents, gifts but the greatest gift; His Presence....

It's not always decorating the prettiest or the biggest tree :/48 or Stringing the brightest lights

Decking the halls

It's what is within each heart...… The Gift of Love...... Of Kindness.....of Compassion....and Charity

That Special Light that He has placed within each and every heart...…..
