There is a sequel written and there was a movie made although certainly not the caliber of the original-----but I believe Rhett Butler was gallantry itself, over--riding some of his less than favorable ways, (drinking, gambling, Belle Watling & the girls) and Scarlett a forever Southern Belle whose spirit, tenacity, strength of character outweighed her shortcomings---------think about it, how many would have or even could have driven a horse and buggy in the elements with an ill friend who had just given birth to her baby all the way from Atlanta, Georgia to Tara during the outbreak of The Civil War----- with Atlanta burning around them?------Frankly my Dear, not many at all <3 Take/Care |

I was hoping in the end of that movie when I first saw it that he would have gone back to her at Tara...I enjoy it every time I watch it.. |
