It really doesn't make sense when you see it, but it has helped my family members in so many ways. My aunt and uncle can finally sleep, and my uncle actually does not have pain in his kuckles. Also helped a few of my cousins as well with their health issues.
Even when she was doing yoga, my aunt has limited Mobility for shoulder. She now has full mobility, something she hasn't had in nearly 10 years.
I'm able to sense when seizure is coming so when that happens, I put the coaster of my head. I immediately sense what I can only describe as a calming effect. it's like everything is just slowly getting neutralized. It's been nearly a week since I've had a seizure.
Typically, I put it on my head for 10 minutes after breakfast, and then 10 minutes before I get ready for bed at night.
