The problem with our medical system in America is that it has failed.
Doctors in America are taught how to prescribe a pill for the symptoms for money reasons, but do not actually assist the patient in finding the cause of the disease/illness. If the pills don't work, they don't help you.
That is why many people today begin to search for alternative healing methods in order to find relief.
I completely understand this poem. With all the advancements in medicine today, you think our Medical System would be actually helping people.
